Pick what you need from the variety of inspection templates available. Give one of these standard templates a name, add it to your categorized list of active Field Forms, and it can be used right away.
Or, customize any template to fit your company, industry, workplaces or equipment. You can also include responses other than ‘Acceptable’ and ‘Unacceptable’ to more thoroughly capture the nature of any potential safety issues. You can have as many digital inspection forms as you like.
With this cloud-based system, the safety team or department supervisors simply open the mobile app, choose the appropriate Field Form, and begin going down the list to mark individual inspection results.
They can also take photos of any troublesome issue, and add additional notes, for a more complete picture. Such images and details help the safety department understand the exact nature of the problem, and may offer direction for corrective actions.
No one has to manually transfer results captured in the field to a centralized database, because with Safety Indicators, that happens automatically – in real time. This of course eliminates the all-too-common risk of transcription errors, including adding the right data in the wrong place.
Safety managers can review inspection results in the desktop/website component of Safety Indicators. Problem areas are clearly flagged for remediation, and with a click, safety professionals can dig deeper.

The database can be filtered to isolate audit information from a specific department, supervisor, or workstation. Inspection results captured in the Field Forms are also aggregated over time; positive or negative trends, or similar issues at multiple worksites, are clearly visible in color-coded data graphics.
