Work Task Safety Observations and Safety Management Intervention Solutions

“In field” observation and intervention is the foundation of any prevention strategy. Often times this is not difficult to achieve if the work tasks remain consistent. However, in industries, such as construction, this can be extremely challenging due to the transient nature of the work.

Now back to the real world.
