ASSIGN ‘ROLES’ FOR EACH TYPE OF WORKER
For example, welders, machinists and supervisors would each be associated with the appropriate training courses in the system. When a new employee is hired, simply assign them the appropriate Role. They’ll automat¬ically be notified about the scheduling of required courses, and how to get started.
Skill-specific and equipment-specific certifications for each Role are also documented and scheduled in this robust safety training tracking platform. Being able to easily provide proof of completions can help the company itself remain in compliance.
AUTOMATED REMINDERS & RENEWALS
Ensure that your teams don’t miss a training session, with automated reminders sent to trainees and their managers before a training date. For both one-time and ongoing renewals of mandated courses and certifications, the employee is alerted well in advance of their course or exam. Having time to schedule their other responsibilities around upcoming safety trainings will help reduce missed sessions.
